We’re Hiring!

  • As we build our community, the need to keep spaces clean grows. Having someone who is “in charge” of keeping common spaces clean, doing laundry after guests leave etc. would help free up time for other laborers to keep the vision moving forward.

Same with cooking. So many people are passionate about food. We are but in a very specific way. Having a designated cook to feed workers and residents would help ensure that we can all work better and longer, knowing we will be fueled!

With how much stuff the prior owners left, and how many different ideas we have for this place, keeping everything organized is a challenge.

We would love someone who has that organizational mind to help us impliment systems, label inventory and tools, and help us make the most of what we have.

  • We are building a community full of all skill sets and abilities. When intentionally creating a safe space for those with mental and physical disabilities, there will be many tasks we struggle to complete in a timely manner.

Having go-getters with a passion for FINISHING projects is an important piece of the puzzle.

  • We have many buildings going up between now and June, and we have big plans for what we want the insides to look like.

Have that creative spirit? Love building and watching your magic come to life? Us too!!

  • From building shelves and other furniture, to restoring and repainting old furniture, we have many wood working projects we’d love help with.

We also have patios, porches, and accessibility ramps to build. The possibilities are endless

  • Have a green thumb? Love seeing nature around you come to life every season?

We are hiring individuals with vast and diverse plant backgrounds. We need people to help us determine how much and what to plant in the garden and greenhouse, people to help clear invasives and denaturalize our area.

If this is you, please reach out!

  • With 105 acres, heaving wooded, and known caves on property, theres a lot we CAN do- if we do it in the right places.

    We need people who:

    understand weight distribution for foundations

can help determine the best locations for which buildings

We need help getting everything built.

considering we plan to build out multiple full hook up RV sites, glamping domes, an event center, and bunkhouses, having people who not only know what to do where, but also how to do it!

  • We are interested in working with someone who knows about birds and other migratory animals. We would like our home to be an oasis for them on their long journey. We are looking for a planting and feeding guide, tailored to our land to help endure the birds, pollinators, and other fauna have what they need.

We are still working to formalize everything and have an official application. Until such time, please fill out the form on this page and someone will be in contact.

Any workers interested in living on the land during their contract will be allowed to do so, provided they sign and agree with the code of conduct.

Availability of housing will scale up as the business scales.

We currently have shared worker housing for 2-3 people. That number will increase dramatically by the end of January 2026.
